Editorial standards

How we publish, disclose, and correct.

AeroCell publishes commercial plan pages and educational travel-connectivity guides. This policy explains the standards and disclosures that apply to that content.

    Effective: September 19, 2026

    Purpose

Our guides should help a traveler understand eSIMs, compare relevant plan characteristics, install a plan, or solve a connectivity problem. We avoid publishing pages whose only purpose is to repeat search terms.

    Commercial relationship

AeroCell sells the plans shown in its catalogue. Guides can link to those plans and may recommend AeroCell products. That commercial relationship does not change the price a customer sees, and it should not be mistaken for an independent review of AeroCell by a third party.

    Sources and current facts

For price, allowance, validity, coverage area, and network information, the destination plan page is the source of record. Editorial explanations may also rely on device-maker documentation, mobile-operator information, and primary travel or regulatory sources where relevant.

    Authorship and review

Each guide displays its named author or the AeroCell editorial team and the most recent recorded update date. The team reviews material changes for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the current catalogue.

    Automation

Software can assist with formatting, research organization, and consistency checks. Published claims remain subject to editorial review. We do not treat automatically generated text as evidence for a factual claim.

    Corrections

We correct substantive errors and update the modified date when a guide changes materially. Minor spelling or formatting edits may not receive a new date. Readers can request a review by emailing support with the page URL and disputed detail.

    Request a correction

Send the page URL, the passage or data point, and the reason it may be wrong to [email protected]. Product and network availability can change quickly, so screenshots and primary sources are helpful.
