1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the app or website, browsing plans, buying, activating, topping up, using support, or using any related AeroCell service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. AeroCell Services
AeroCell provides travel eSIM data plans, activation details, account tools, wallet deposits, top-ups, support, and related app and web services. Availability, coverage, speeds, plan names, prices, allowances, and validity periods may vary by destination, provider, carrier, device, and time of purchase.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be legally able to enter into service arrangements in your location and provide accurate account, contact, billing, and support information. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity under your account.
4. eSIM Plans, Activation, and Device Compatibility
Each purchased eSIM or plan is intended for the compatible device/profile and destination shown at purchase. You are responsible for confirming your device supports eSIM, is unlocked, and can use the destination network before buying or traveling. QR codes, LPA codes, SM-DP+ addresses, activation codes, ICCIDs, and install assets should be kept secure and not shared except where necessary for installation.
5. Purchases, Checkout, Wallet, and Top-Ups
Purchases, wallet deposits, and top-ups may be processed through Stripe, AeroCell Wallet, or other available payment flows. Wallet funds are usable only for eligible AeroCell purchases and top-ups; they are not bank accounts, cash accounts, stored-value cards, or money transfer services. Prices, taxes, and fees may be displayed at checkout and can change before purchase.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds may be reviewed before a plan or top-up is activated, installed, used, expired, consumed, or delivered in a way that prevents cancellation. Delivered, installed, activated, expired, consumed, misused, or device-incompatible plans and top-ups are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where AeroCell confirms a technical or provider failure that prevented service use.
7. Customer Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You may not use the services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, network-disruptive, resale, bulk provisioning, SIM-box, telecommunications manipulation, rights-infringing, or sanctions-restricted activity. You must not attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape systems, interfere with networks, or misuse support channels.
8. Support, Service Availability, and Provider Limitations
Service quality and availability depend on third-party carriers, eSIM providers, payment processors, app stores, internet access, your device, and settings. Coverage, speed, latency, roaming, throttling, and activation timing are not guaranteed. Support will help investigate issues but cannot control third-party networks or device manufacturers.
9. Third-Party Services
The services integrate with third parties such as Stripe, Google Sign-In, eSIM/connectivity providers, email and support tools, app stores, browser/device platforms, and hosting providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those features.
10. Intellectual Property
AeroCell, the app, website, design, text, graphics, software, service workflows, and related materials are owned by AeroCell or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for personal travel connectivity, subject to these Terms.
11. Privacy and Data
AeroCell handles personal information as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the services, you understand that account, billing, order, eSIM lifecycle, wallet, support, local storage, and communications data may be processed to provide and secure the services.
12. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AeroCell does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free activation, particular network performance, compatibility with every device, or availability in every destination.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroCell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of connectivity, travel disruption, or costs caused by third-party carriers, providers, payment services, app stores, device settings, or user error.
14. Suspension and Termination
AeroCell may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, purchases, wallet use, support, or services if it believes the Terms were violated, payment failed, fraud, abuse, or security risk exists, law requires it, or a provider or carrier requires action. Users may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion where available.
15. Changes to the Terms
AeroCell may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, payment, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated when the Terms change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
